Chef Leon has 15 years of experience and knowledge in the food industry. Hailing from Hong Kong, a city known for its vibrant food scene, he has worked at various restaurants in Toronto, including George Restaurant, Sen5es, Luckee Toronto, and Delta Hotel Toronto. With a focus on fine dining, he has trained under reputable chefs across the city. He is now joining the team at Pears restaurant as Chef de Cuisine, hoping for a fun and enriching experience.

Chef Vivian brings her passion for memorable dining from W Toronto, crafting dishes that celebrate simplicity and bold flavours. With a focus on sustainability and quality ingredients, her approach balances flavour and freshness in every plate.
